Centrally located, just a 5-minute walk to the Skytrain.
I was quite frustrated with the room cleanliness. bugs were found in the second room after we had to switch at 3 am due to a rat in the first room. the noise from the traffic was unbearable, particularly on the lower floors, making it difficult to sleep. The quality of the bathroom fittings also left much to be desired, needing clear attention for maintenance and refurbishment.

The room was super spacious with huge windows that let in a lot of light, and the comfy bed made it hard to leave! I really enjoyed the full body massage and the relaxing leisure room during my stay. Just a heads-up, the bathroom could use a little refreshing, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. 😊

We had a great time exploring the local scene, as the hotel is just a short walk from Nana Skytrain station and close to many world-class shopping centers and eateries. The spacious room accommodated my grown children well, which we appreciated during our stay.
My wife says that the cleanliness needs improvement.

The suite featured impressive wall-to-wall windows and a very comfortable bed, providing a lovely atmosphere for relaxation. the experience was marred by some maintenance issues, including bugs found in the second room and the lack of thorough cleaning under the beds. The traffic noise was notable, especially for rooms facing the street, potentially disrupting sleep.
